Junior doctors are for the first time ever on all out strike. They are not providing cover for A&E, maternity and intensive care units. They are angry about planned government changes to their pay and working hours. The government says they are important for a proper seven day a week NHS. Gurvinder Gill spoke to Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt about the strike.
