Jane Garvey explains how 1 in 6 biographies on Wikipedia are of women. Polly Russell, curator at the British Library, and Carolin Young from the Oxford Food Symposium have a project to encourage people to add new pages to Wikipedia to explain and document the role of women within the history of food.
