
Lenny Henry on diversity: ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ ‘needs to change things'
Lenny Henry, has praised the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ for trying to increase diversity within corporation as they need to "level the playing field" and "work on employment practises".
The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ announced that it aims to increase the amount of people from ethnic backgrounds at the corporation to 15% by 2020, which reflects the 14.3% of minorities in the British population.
Henry said if a workplace is not "reflective of what's going on" in society then corporations like the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ "need to change things".
