Lenny Henry on diversity: 蜜芽传媒 鈥榥eeds to change things'

Lenny Henry, has praised the 蜜芽传媒 for trying to increase diversity within corporation as they need to "level the playing field" and "work on employment practises".

The 蜜芽传媒 announced that it aims to increase the amount of people from ethnic backgrounds at the corporation to 15% by 2020, which reflects the 14.3% of minorities in the British population.

Henry said if a workplace is not "reflective of what's going on" in society then corporations like the 蜜芽传媒 "need to change things".
