"Poor and unloved" Romanian public broadcaster TVR
The European Broadcasting Union says the Romanian public service broadcaster TVR - is bankrupt. Romania has been expelled from this year's Eurovision Song Contest after the national broadcaster failed to pay outstanding debts.
