Sean Dyche says he is more proud of Burnley's promotion to the Premier League than when the club reached the top flight in 2014.

The 44-year-old suggested there was more pressure on the club this time round:

"The last one, two years ago, was a fairytale story and we played on momentum and energy. But this time we had to plan from the get-go after coming down from the Premier League."

The former Chesterfield and Watford defender believes his side face a huge task next season:

"We'll be written off immediately. I asked last time to give us 24 hours to enjoy it before you start slaughtering us, telling us we've got no chance. So, if everyone could just be lenient and give us 48 hours this time that would be nice!"
