Ray Parlour speaks to Phil about his playing career and partying.

Nicknamed the Romford Pele by Marc Overmars, Ray Parlour played more than 450 games for Arsenal between 1991 and 2004, winning three Premier League titles, four FA Cups, a UEFA cup winners cup, a UEFA Super Cup, and he was of course part of the Invincibles team of 2003-4 that went through the League season unbeaten.

Off the pitch Ray liked to enjoy himself, and was part of a drinking culture at Arsenal which led to Tony Adams declaring himself an alcoholic in 1996.

He spoke to Phil about his playing career and partying in his new book THE ROMFORD PELE: It's Only Ray Parlour's Autobiography.
