Martial arts: a battle of emotions
New research from the National Taiwan University of Sport suggests that reading an opponent's emotions is key to predicting their next move. Rezart Spahia, head instructor at the Tirana Mixed Martial Arts Centre and a balckbelt in karate, explains the importance of winning the mental fight.
