Waddle: 'LVG not far off being a serious challenger for title'

Former England international Chris Waddle says Louis van Gaal is "not far off" making Manchester United "a serious challenger for the league".

Waddle pinpoints young strikers Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford as big success stories under the Dutchman's tutelage.

"He gets a lot of stick but, I'm telling you, he's not far short," added Waddle.
