ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 5 Live is going to be following the story of Ivana who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease in January.

Ivana is retired and lives with her partner Val with their corgi Sinead.

They've been telling us why it's important to keep laughing together.

The charity Alzheimer's Society says misconceptions around dementia still remain. Latest figures from a survey of more than 2000 people showed 45 percent thought it was a mental health problem.
