"Womanising was a kind of amusement"
In France seventeen former female government ministers have written an open letter speaking out against sexual harassment in politics - and in French society more generally. It follows the resignation of the deputy speaker of the National Assembly for alleged sexual harassment, which he denies.
Noelle Lenoir was France's Europe Minister between 2002 and 2004. She spoke to Newshour about her own experiences in office and told us what she made of the letter.
