    Vyshyvanka: how Ukrainians say it with embroidery
In the week that Ukrainians celebrated Vyshyvanka Day, the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Marta Shokalo explains the significance of these traditional embroidered shirts and the stories they tell. The days when women spent the winter embroidering are past, but the vyshyvanka is still deeply rooted in Ukrainian lives.
