Cannes victory highlights "cruel" welfare system
For the second time, the British film director Ken Loach has won the highest honour awarded at the Cannes Film Festival. His film, called "I, Daniel Blake", is about the difficulties faced by people claiming welfare benefits in the UK. Producer Rebecca O'Brien says she, Ken Loach and the screenwriter Paul Laverty based the film on the experiences of real people.
