A short docu-drama, broken into three parts, looking at how Functional Skills English (Speaking, Listening and Communication, Reading and Writing) are crucial for people working in a catering environment. In this storyline, the manager and deputy manager of the Orange Tree Restaurant have a meeting with a customer to plan an 18th birthday party. They discuss the client鈥檚 requirements and then write a menu for the party. The manager finds a number of mistakes in the menu and helps his deputy to correct them.
