Taking your shoes off boosts your intelligence
Children who take their shoes off learn better at school, that’s according to research from the University of Bournemouth
Professor Stephen Heppell told 5 Live that the practice occurs across the world for different reasons
"In China they'll tell you its reflexology, in India they'll say well it's respect and in England we take our shoes off at home and so for kids it's like being at home"
