You don't often hear of presidents sitting down to eat on a $6 budget and a lowly plastic stool. And maybe we don't really believe that Barack Obama plus security and TV crew went unnoticed by all those innocent looking 'diners' around him in a chop bar in Hanoi. But the impromptu meal got us thinking: where would you take the US president to eat if he were to visit your country?
