The Brain family, who have been living in Scotland since 2011, must leave the UK and return to Australia in six days' time if they cannot meet visa criteria.

Talking to 5 live about Minister James Brokenshire Brain said: "Our visas were issued by his own office the year before and of course by March 2011 when the announcement was made our house had been sold, our furniture and goods were in a container halfway to Scotland.
