New chief Adam Lusekelo explains the role of a traditional chief in modern Tanzania

The tale of a man who woke one day to find himself a chief. Ruth Evans travels with Tanzanian journalist Adam Lusekelo as he returns to his community Tukuyu, in the Rungwe district to take up his title. The programme explores what it means in modern day Tanzania to be the person in charge of the village.
