Inquests into deaths of 21 people in the 1974 Birmingham pub bombings are to be reopened, a coroner has ruled.
Just before the decision was announced John Humphrys spoke to Julie Hambleton, whose sister Maxine died in the bombings, and Kieran Conway, a former head of IRA intelligence.
