Paralympian Hannah Cockroft: 'I need to get strong again'
London 2012 double gold medallist Hannah Cockroft talks about improving her speed and strength ready for this summer’s Paralympics.
Hannah has just returned from the Swiss Grand Prix, where although winning all 6 of her heats, feels there is still work to be done: “I know I’m quicker than that, and it’s time to go back to base training now. I need to get strong again.”
After her old ‘Fitness and Conditioning’ coach got a new job, Hannah felt her training slipped a little and said: “Me and my new coach now need to put our heads together and work out what needs to be done.”
