'He was utterly, utterly in love with the theatre'
The playwright Sir Peter Shaffer, whose critical and popular successes included Equus and Amadeus, has died aged 90.
Simon Callow starred in stage and film productions of Amadeus, and recalled his time with Sir Peter.
