How does pet therapy work?
A woman who uses dogs, rats and even ferrets as therapy animals has told 5 live pets can be "very good for anxiety".
Sharon Hall, who is the owner of King Charles Cavalier therapy dog, Moose, said one of the reasons pet therapy works is because animals are "non-judgemental" and are always happy to see you.
Sharon discussed how animals help reduce anxiety after war surgeon Dr David Nott described how the Queen let him pet her Corgis, which helped him overcome his trauma when he returned from Syria.
