Ashley Jensen who starred in Ugly Betty and Extras described what it was like going to award ceremonies when she was living in LA and gave her tips on how to look good in photos.

She told 5 live's Sarah Brett why she taught herself to pose, "once you've seen a photograph of yourself…with your kipper feet and your bad posture...you look at Eva Longoria and go right that's what she's doing."

She added "It's a mad world that we live in, that that matters".
