What is kimchi, you say? And exactly why is no Korean meal complete without it? Dan explores the origins of the pungent pickled vegetable dish with two top chefs in the studio - Jordan Bourke, who won the Global Taste of Korea competition in 2014 and Hyungsoo Yim of the Institute of Traditional Korean Food.
