I saved hundreds of years of Indian recipes from being forgotten
Meera Sodha is a food writer and cook. After moving away from home to go to university she realised that her mother's Indian vegetarian cooking was extremely special and had been passed down through generations by word of mouth, never written down. Meera began to write down every recipe and has published them in a book called Fresh India.
