Employees thinking of a career change should 鈥渢ake the leap鈥� says career coach Corinne Mills.

Ms Mills told 5 live鈥檚 Phil Williams that anybody looking for a career change should be clear about what they want from the new job and speak to people already doing the new role.

She said if everything looks promising for a new career then people should 鈥渢ake the leap鈥� as 鈥渓ife鈥檚 too short to spend your life in a miserable job鈥�.

Her comments come after Nigel Farage has stepped down as leader of the UK Independence Party.
