
Blunkett: In same 'context', I'd vote yes again to Iraq War
David Blunkett, who was ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Secretary under Tony Blair, says "with the same information in the same circumstances" he would vote yes again on military action in Iraq.
He told 5 live's Anna Foster: "We'd had the 11th of September attack on the World Trade Center - everything we were dealing with in those two years after that attack needs to be seen in that context."
He later argued the Chilcot Inquiry did not take into account "the historic build up" of the decision to go to war, but was "measured and rational".
