Dallas killer robot "a big step over the boundary"
The police's use of a robotic device to kill Dallas gunmen Micah Johnson has prompted ethical concerns in some quarters. Noel Sharkey is a professor of Artificial Intelligence and Robots at Sheffield University. He believes that, in using such unprecedented tactics to lethal effect, the police have crossed an unacceptable line.
