Bungalows: why are we building so few?
In 1987 thirty thousand bungalows were built, last year there were only two and a half thousand of the single story homes constructed.
Nick Higham explores why bungalows have fallen out of fashion. He talks to John Stewart from the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Builders Federation, and Catherine Ferry author of a history of bungalows.
