Our next prime minister is to be a woman, as are the first ministers in both Scotland and Northern Ireland, and the next Labour leader could be a woman too.

Liberal Democrat peer Baroness Williams, Labour MP for Hampstead and Kilburn Tulip Siddiq and chair of the Commons women and equalities committee Maria Miller discussed whether or not this greater female presence signals a change in our political culture.
