A ban on Russian athletes competing in the Rio Olympics has been upheld. The Court of Arbitration for Sport has rejected Russia's appeal against the suspension of its track-and-field athletes over allegations of widespread doping. We talk to athletics fans and ask, if they think we will now get a clean Olympics. Also, what's it like living under a state of emergency?
