Stoke midfielder Charlie Adam says if he was Riyad Mahrez, he would leave Leicester City.

Mahrez, the Professional Footballers鈥� Association Player of the Year, has been linked with both Arsenal and Barcelona.

Premier League champions Leicester have already sold midfielder N鈥橤olo Kant茅 to Chelsea.

鈥淟et鈥檚 be realistic, it was a one-off season,鈥� said Adam. 鈥淭op 10 would be a massive achievement for them next year.鈥�

Adam also revealed Stoke鈥檚 players have been discussing the future of Marko Arnautovi膰, and expect the Austrian to leave.
