Team Dimension Data principal Doug Ryder has spoken in glowing terms about the relationship Mark Cavendish has with his team-mates.

Ryder explained how following each of his four stage wins at this year鈥檚 Tour de France, Cavendish thanked everyone in the team individually, including the "chef, bus driver and mechanic", before focusing on his recovery.
