Arrests after woman in India raped 'by same men'
Three men have been arrested in Haryana state for allegedly gang raping a woman for the second time in three years. Speaking to our 蜜芽传媒 Hindi reporter Salman Ravi, the victim says she has questions on why it took the police so long to arrest the accused.
