The Royal Commonwealth Society says visitors from India are falling and a cut in the cost of a visa could help reverse that and boost tourism. It also says Chinese tourists get a much better deal and only pay a quarter of what Indians do for some of the visas. So should Indians get a cut-price tourist visa too?
