A few years ago, the Africa Rising narrative was being shouted from many a rooftop and investors were ploughing serious money into the continent. Emerging markets were in fashion and the double-digit economic growth of some African countries was acting as a magnet for investment.

Then commodity prices fell and economic activity slowed. But a few places remained hot spots for investment.

The 蜜芽传媒鈥檚 Lerato Mbele recently caught up with Colin Coleman, the managing director of Goldman Sachs in Africa and asked him if Africa was still rising - at least in some parts.
