Lawyer for black man shot by US police wants apology
Charles Kinsey is an black therapist who was shot in the leg by a police officer in Florida despite being unarmed. Mr Kinsey, who works with people with disabilities, said he was helping an autistic patient who had wandered away from a care facility. Mobile phone video shows Mr Kinsey lying down with his hands in the air, and his patient sitting in the road with a toy truck, just before he was shot and wounded. His lawyer, Hilton Napoleon explained to Emma Barnett what happened and says unless he receives an apology for this they will persue legal action.
