A graffiti artist from Stoke said it was "brilliant" seeing the "confusion" on his parent's faces after telling them he had paid off their mortgage.

Andy Evans, who goes by the name of Doddz, said never imagined his passion for street art would make him any money. The 22-year-old was able to save up the money while he was at university.

Doddz says his work, which is painted on buildings around Stoke, was actually "celebrated" by people in the city, allowing him to make a successful transition into selling his artwork.
