Audrey Hepburn's 'ghost singer' dies

Marni Nixon, whose singing voice augmented or completely replaced songs "performed" by Audrey Hepburn, Deborah Kerr and Natalie Wood, has died aged 86. Composer and biographer Stephen Cole on the singer's relationships with her leading ladies.
