Can sitting at a desk all day raise the risk of premature death?
New research suggests that sitting at a desk for eight hours a day raises the risk of premature death, but just one hour of moderate exercise can drastically reduce that risk. Professor Ulf Ekelund, from the Norwegian School of Sports Sciences, led the research. Dan Damon asked him what he does to stay active?
