The latest corporate trend? Mindfulness
Worrying about what might happen in the future and what went wrong in the past, preoccupies many of us. So much so that now big corporations are seeking help for their employees. Just a few years ago, being invited to a company-sponsored meditation session would have raised eyebrows in most workplaces. But now mindfulness is being embraced by firms big and small. Susannah Streeter reports.
