Cush Jumbo, best known for appearing in US series The Good Wife, feels she has missed out on roles because her skin colour doesn鈥檛 鈥渇it鈥� with other actors in the production.

Speaking to 5 live鈥檚 Phil Williams Ms Jumbo said audition feedback described her as 鈥渢oo black鈥� for some parts and 鈥渢oo light鈥� for others.

鈥淚 don鈥檛 think those people are racist,鈥� she said, 鈥渋t鈥檚 that we have an idea in our heads here of representation on TV and it doesn鈥檛 represent the country that we live in鈥�.
