Criticism after Isle of Wight 'inbred' comment
A Conservative councillor from the Isle of Wight has criticised the comments of Ofsted's chairman about people on the island being "inbred".
Chris Whitehouse told PM's Eddie Mair, "I bet David Hoare can't produce any evidence of inbreeding affecting education anywhere".
Ofsted said Mr Hoare, who has since apologised, had been expressing his personal views and they did not reflect those of the inspectorate.
