Could Byron's immigration raid have been better handled?

A former Byron worker describes the moment he realised he was in an immigration raid.

Dozens of workers at burger chain Byron were arrested on 4 July in raids by immigration officials, which the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Office said were carried out with Byron's "full co-operation".

ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ reporter Emma Wilson spoke to a former Byron worker, Rafa, who described the moment an apparently ordinary meeting turned into an immigration raid which led to his arrest and deportation.

Anita Pali, an associate solicitor in business immigration at law firm Doyle Clayton, discussed the legal aspect of the restaurant chain's actions.
