'A happy day that descended into chaos'
Angry parents are demanding a refund after children's festival "Kidz Fest" in Essex did not live up to their expectations.
Caroline took her family there and told PM's Eddie Mair it was meant to be a happy day but "descended into chaos".
Criminal barrister Andrew Taylor said parents could complain to their local authority's Trading Standards and the organisers could be sent to prison if a court finds the advert was untruthful and has deceived people.
