'Why I covered my body in coconut oil'
The sight of Tonga's flag carrier at the Olympic Opening Ceremony caused an internet sensation.
Pita Nikolas Aufatofua was naked from the waist up - and as well as obnviously being fit and healthy, he was also glistening under the Rio lights. The secret? Coconut oil. Pita's been talking to Ben James.
