Jamie Oliver and his wife Jools have revealed that their two eldest daughters were there to watch the birth of their fifth child.

According to midwives an increasing number of parents want their older offspring to be part of the event.

Georgina Dawson was just seven when she watched her sister's birth 20 years ago and Eddie Mair asked how her parents prepared her for it.
