Sharron Davies on Phelps: the 'best Olympian'
After record-breaker Michael Phelps extended his gold medal tally to 21, one of Britain's most famous swimmers, Sharron Davies, has called Phelps the 'best Olympian'. She told Newshour that he is 'physiologically the perfect set for a swimmer' and his record 'stands for itself'.
