The Italian cops who came for dinner
Italians have a reputation for putting family above all else, but sometimes those who reach old age can feel lonely and neglected. One incident in particular this week has captured the world's attention after police were called to an elderly couple's apartment in Rome. A neighbour had reported hearing crying from the home of Jole and Michele - married for almost seventy years - and Alessandro Lo Stocco was one of the four officers who responded to the call.
