The man who saved babies
Khaled Omar Harrah was a volunteer with the Syrian Civil Defence, known as White Helmets. They rescue civilians from trapped buildings in opposition-controlled areas in Syria. In 2014, Khaled was captured on video rescuing a two week old baby in Aleppo. Khaled himself was killed yesterday in an an air strike in Aleppo. His colleague, Raed Saleh told Newshour that Khaled's death was a huge loss to all Syrians.
