Born in a war-zone and joined at the heart
Conjoined Syrian twins Nawras and Moaz were born in one of the most dangerous parts of the country, the town of Douma just north of the capital Damascus. They have now been transferred to a children's hospital in Damascus, but won't survive unless they can be evacuated for surgery. Mohamad Katoub from the Syrian American Medial Society Foundation is trying to help the twins get the treatment they need.
